Heavy rain in the coastal part of Karnataka has created imbalance in people's life this week. It's better to avoid driving till June 15.District commisoner of these districts has requested to avoid tourist visiting beaches during the period.
Places closer to Mangalore, udupi can be visited now. Charmadi ghat, Madikeri ghat is oper for tourist. Charmadi ghat has amazing collection of small water falls on the way and is one of the best selfie place in Karnataka.

Planning to visit Coorg in June?
Coorg is nice place to visit in the month of June as most of waterfalls are bright with waters. However avoid triveni sangama near bagamandala as it is covered by water and causing road blocks . You can avoid bagamandala and triveni sangama till June 15.Road to mandalapatti is closed as of June 15 . Dubare animal camp is also hit with water. It's suggested to avoid Abbi falls this June.
[Update]:Coorg is all set to welcome tourists. All falls are flowing at its ecstasy.

Trekking heaven Edakumeri is still avoidable for next few days. Railway has resumed service between  Bengaluru and Karwar.

Avoid visiting Hogenakkal falls this month as coracle(theppa) ride at hogenakkal has been stopped as per the order from Krishnagiri District authority.
