In Incredible India, the tourist places are not in digits. However, with the season, with the events, some tourist locations will be forbidden for tourists. Here are few which you cannot visit in this month.

Planning to Visit Kerala? Is It Good Time to Visit Kerala?
Kerala had quite a bad year with respect to tourism. The instances of landslides in Munnar GAP road in october has brought in fear among tourists. However we still find Munnar is comparitively safer, than hill stations like Shimla which opens itself for landslides or earth quakes more often. The snake boat race was ON till november. So make sure you visit Champions Boat League in Kerala only by next year. Overall it is a tourist season in Kerala and one can definitely give visit to Alleppy, Wayanad, Kochi and Munnar.
Sabarimala is open for deities whole month except 26th December (solar eclipse). Hence expect some jams in Hindu temples like Guruvayur. 

 
Planning to visit Shimla? Is It Good Time to Visit Shimla?
 Shimla and other part of Himachal Pradesh is all set to welcome tourists. First snow of the season has made its appearance at the end of November. So chances of snowfall in december is quite high. On average it is rare to find snow fall in shimla during this month. However, rain and hailstorm may occur every now and then. If you are travelling to Shimla by road and on weekends there might be huge traffic jams for hours. Right time to visit. 
Season of apple is over by now. So don't dream of plucking apples or visiting apple farms. 
Kufri too had snowfall in last days of november and it is expected to get more snowfall compared to Shimla. Yes , it is good to go for Shimla.

Planning to visit Manali? Is It Good Time to Visit Manali?
 Manali and other part of Himachal Pradesh is all set to welcome tourists. You can witness snow here and there. Rohtang Pass is closed for 6 months due to winter for the year 2019. Falls are up with water. Amitabh, Alia , Ranbir are shooting for Brahmastra movie this month here.  

Planning to visit St. Mary's Island Udupi? Is It Good Time to Visit St Mary's Island?

 St Mary’s Island of Udupi is open for tourist. Expect less rain with moderate weather. Right time to visit St Mary's. There was a case of Kerala family missing last boat, as they went unnoticed for boat men and could get into boat only next day. So if you are visiting there, make sure to stay near boat during the last hours of boat.

Planning to visit Leh through Srinagar? Is It Good Time to Visit Leh?
 Routes to Leh Ladakh are open as of now. Make a memorable trip. 

Planning to visit Shillong?Is It Good Time to Visit Shillong?
 Shillong is all set to welcome you this November 2019. Shillong is said to be Scotland of India. Cherry Blossom Festival between 13th to 16th November was all success. Still one can witness the cherry blossom. So good to go.
Update 12.12: Shillong which is part of meghalaya, although is said to be not affected for CAB(Citizenship amendment Bill) we request you to avoid for next 10 days. I. E. Till 22 of December.

Planning to visit Bannerghatta National park?
 Avoid Tuesdays, as it is holiday for bannerghatta national park. Bannerghatta zoo will be closed on 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31st of December 2019. Bannerghatta animal Safari costs 260 INR. There are 8 tigers added to Safari area, bringing in more chance to witness tiger during safari. There is a chance that park may remain open on December 31st.  Follow us in twitter to get update.

Planning to visit Mangalore, Udupi and Murudeshwar?
  All tourist places in Mangalore, Udupi and Murudeshwar will be open for visit. Rain has come down in coastal part of Karnataka. Shiradi, Charmadi and Agumbe ghat is open for traffic.  Sirimane falls near Sringeri has water to play with. The condition of road between Hassan to Sakaleshpur(around 10-15 kms from Sakaleshpur towards Mangalore also) is not so apt. Shiraadi ghat stretch is almost okay to travel with.
Expect more jams in hindu temples as Ayyappa season is on. People can also plan to visit Udupi in January for Paryaya festival which is scheduled on January 18th. Suvarnotsava on January 15th noon. 

Planning to visit Lord Balaji Temple in Tirumala Tirupati?
 The ever rush temple is all set to welcome and bless you this month. Karthika maasa is on.
New arrangement is being made to senior citizen visiting the shrine. Keep a check on same.

Planning to visit Bisle Ghat?
 Yes. Right time to visit. Even scenic beauty of road makes it worth for visit. You can attach your visit to Bisle ghat with Mookanamane falls closer by. Also Kukke subramanya is closer by to Bisle ghat view point. 

Planning to visit Taj Mahal?
 Yes. Right time to visit. But Friday’s they are closed for prayers. I.e. Taj Mahal is closed on 6,13,20 and 27^th of December 2019.
Taj Mahal is open for night view between 10 to 14th of December 2019. 

Hint: Take Gatimaan express when you travel between Delhi to Agra. 

Planning to visit Bandipur?
 Bandipur is open for safaris. One can visit Bandipur this month. Have a note that usually Bandipur's Resorts will be closed on the eve of New Year. So if you are planning to book resort outing for Dec last day, then it is time to look out for other options.

Planning to travel in Angriya Cruise?
 Angriya Cruise will be up to serve public from this month.

Planning to visit Ooty?
 Ooty is open for public and one can plan a trip for Ooty this month. It will be chilling cold at night.

Planning to visit Kodagu or coorg or Madikeri?

Coorg is all set to welcome tourists. Although flood has affected normal life of south kodagu, tourist places remain unaffected for now. Rain has come down. All falls are flowing full. Make sure you visit Irpu falls, Chelavara falls and Abbi falls when in Coorg.

Planning to visit Chickmagalur?

Chickmagalur is all set to welcome you for this winter. However don't visit the place if you have Mullayanagiri, Baba budangiri in your itinerary between 10 to 12 th of December as Datta Jayanti is scheduled to run in Baba budan giri. Except these 3 days , all other days are apt for travel.

Planning to visit Kaziranga National Park?

Kaziranga National park is Open for public. You can plan your trip to Kamakhya temple and other tourist locations of Assam as well.

Planning to visit Srinagar or Kashmir?
 Kashmir is open for tourists. All restrictions are officially taken back Indian government. There is no major untoward incident observed. International tourists are advised to refer advisories posted by your country.Bus service will be started from 30.11.2019 between Jammu and Kashmir as the road was closed for landslides. 

Planning to visit Srilanka?
 Srilanka is absolutely safe for visit now. It is less expensive now. So make sure to add Srilanka to your travel bucket. 

Avoid Haridwar, Rishikesh and Jim Corbett national park during the first week of December as Royal king of Sweden is visiting these places.
