Cherry Blossom Festival in Shillong

Capital of Meghalaya is all set to celebrate Cherry Blossom Festival in the month of November for 3 days starting from November 13. Government of Meghalaya is trying to en cash the Instagrammable festival following the lines of Japan and South Korea.

The event is running successfully for third year on row, with added attractions like food stalls, concerts and fashion shows to name few. Interestingly one can enjoy the flavor of Korea, as Republic of Korea is participating as partner country bringing in their culture to the Indian festival.
