All tourist places in Mangalore, Udupi and Murudeshwar will be open for visit. One may have to face heat of summer as these belongs to coastal part of Karnataka. These places are buzzing on April and May as it is summer vacations in Karnataka. Agumbe Ghat is closed which was supposed to be open by May 1. Google before you go.
Update: Agumbe ghat is closed for vehicle traffic till May 15.
