Sikkim Manipal University is one of the top distance education whose growth is exponential. People who join distance education would be working somewhere most of the time and wont get time to study even a week before exam.
When there are few universities which gives question paper offline a day or two before ; some even write the exam for you , you had stayed aside and took SMU for its value. SMU doesnot provide any hint on what they give you for exam. Still a Hint would have helped a lot for exams. Lets check out the 5 things to prepare in SMU-MBA or any other exam of SMU.

1. Answer objective questions first ; you will find answer for at least 2 questions of descriptive section.  

Most of the time intentionally/unintentionally the questions like discuss the steps of xyz process or discuss the advantage of xyz would have answer in objective section where each advantage or step would be differentiated with option like a,b, c, d.

2. Download the model paper uploaded in EduNxt. Descriptive questions might not(would not most of the time) be same you get in exam; but objectives you can rely on.

You will get around 15 to 20 questions in objective same as model paper which can help in populating your passing marks. 

3. Go with the Summary and Self assessment one word answers.

Summary Part and self assessment section is another biggest source for objective questions which can populate atleast  50% of objective questions.

4. Don't go with the EduNxt Video ; but go with tests.

Some of the edunext videos are of really good quality and makes you understand the concept better. But problem with most of us is time. I fyou have that problem go with tests and dont look at video.

5. Don't try out mathematical problems;you will have atleast one or two "open" descriptive question.

You will find quite open descriptive questions most of the time where you can apply your common sense to fill the answers. Most of the time one don't get mathematical problems in exam as time would be constraint.

6. Remember the names of people. Who said? who did ? which organization? matters here.

May be to populate 75 questions candidates has seen question like who found? who stated the below theorem kind of questions in exam. The tricky part is most of the time these wont be part of summary or self assessment section. 

Don't even think of copying in exams.Its a UGC certified university moreover the person who sits next to you may be writing some other course examination. With the knowledge of history above 6 points can make you pass; but at least next time please start reading from the day one. SMU case studies , edu next animated videos are highly informative.
