Its just one of the step that everyone wish to complete. If it is not well and good. we still have millions of way to lead success.
But as responsible citizens if we could avoid these kids commiting suicides what should be done.
1. Stop cutoffs in MNC, Software industry or any other employment firm.
Do not compare your kids with some body else. DNA is different.
3. Make yourself a model for him/her. Tell them that how you are enjoying life becausing you studied.
yes there is a way, to inspire kids. Do it cautiously. They are very good in following things they love. They definitely start learning.
4. Analyse their performance before the results gets out.
It is very important to analyse what there kids have written in exam so that they can prepare there kids not to get into any trouble with the negative result. It is important to make them feel they have not lost anything which wont return.
5. Keep all the roads clear to them.
Major reason for kids/anybody to commit suicide is when they loose the path infront of them? They find no roads. Its duty of one to show them the route well before the kids face such results.
6. Be all ears to your kids
The last and best solution that any parent can save his kid. Listen to him and answer all there query. Dont ever control them from speaking . There might be 90% of blabberings you might have to listen. But listen for sure just because of other 10% which may redesign their life.

Many Indian firms do have 70 % or 60% overall aggregate including 10th and 12th. But dear companies do you really agree that person scored 90% was far far better than 60%? In many cases it is false.Whole Indian IT system agrees it. These cutoffs would create pressure to those parents who does not know how to handle it in right way leading immensive pressure on those kids. If you are a recruiter please stop it. Give value for skill than the score gained in some exam.
2. Stop interfering in neighbor or relatives kids education. Say no to comparision.
inferiority complex, parents and kids are the one to face this when you ask them from there academic years start to end saying not to neglect.
